The Greatest Service By Far I had an unexpected situation & took my vehicle in @ the close of day. Oil change I had an appt for 11am, I didn’t get seen or even talked to until 11:20, I waited another 15 minutes and then someone finally asked me if someone told I had an appt for 11am, I didn’t get seen or even talked to until 11:20, I waited another 15 minutes and then someone finally asked me if someone told me my sales person was on lunch, I was not informed at all about that. They said they were getting another person to help me out, waited another 10 minutes when my original sales person heard I was waiting and came back from lunch to help me. Multiple sales people walked past me and no acknowledgement. Why have an appt when you just wait anyways. More
They took me for my money The only good part about Toyota was working Jorge Lopez, he tried his best to help us. Besides him and him trying to help it was horrible. The mechanics we're trying to get us for our money. They tried saying our transmission was going out, they tried saying that was the only problem with out car and we should just ride it until it can't no more then take it back. We had to take it to another place and they said our transmission was perfectly fine and that our tie rods where going out. Toyota said nothing about that! They honestly took me for my money. We don't blame Jorge Lopez for what was going on we blame the mechanics. More
Expensive I made an appointment on-line. Everyone said they would get everything done. (1) check engine line (2) fix it (3) smog it. Well, they got (1) and ( I made an appointment on-line. I had to take it to another place to get it smogged. Kind of annoying. And I probably could have got the word down somewhere else for 1/2 the price. More
