I went inside asking the first person at the entry and asked him is there anyone lined up to process me in. He gave me a cold shoulder look that he did not care or wanted to help me. . I waited another 10 inin and still no action at all .. went back to same guy and go his attention and asked him is there anyone working the people that already have given up their keys and having anyone concerned about their customers.. He ended up barely assigning me to a female that was playing on her phone in front of me for another 10 min. No people skills at all .i was there for only a oil change for 125000 checkup and to have the shop put on a part they left off my car on a earlier maintenance. Note: second time that has happened. The your rep was trying to get me to do some of the 130000 mile checkup stuff done early. She and the shop lost credibility to me totally at this time. I shut down on anything she would try to get to add to this service checkup at this time. Note: I have been going to this dealership since 2012- people were great in the past and it looks like you changed the offices and at the same time lost the service part of your business. More
