Always finding something new that needs fixing Been going here for a year and i always ask my self why. This place is so negative, always finding something that might need a look at. I’ve checked on all these suspected issues and found out that all of these possible problems are false, I’ve taken my car to a separate mechanic and found all these issue to be false. Wonder Woman moonlights as a Service Advisor at Toyota Lanc. I was driving in heavy traffic when my instrument panel went dark. I could still hear the engine rev, shifted into neutral, pumped the gas pedal and t I was driving in heavy traffic when my instrument panel went dark. I could still hear the engine rev, shifted into neutral, pumped the gas pedal and tried to keep the engine running. I was able to make it to a parking lot before the engine died completely and wouldn't restart. I got AAA to tow me to the Toyota dealer, arriving just as the Service Dept was about to close for the day. I explained the problem to Chanin, my regular Service Advisor. She suspected the alternator, got me a couple of quotes for replacements, and put me into a rental car. The next morning she called to advise me that the mechanics confirmed her suspicions, but that she'd have to order the part. It was an expensive repair, but Chanin made me feel that it was no more a big deal than getting my car washed. I get a great feeling of confidence knowing that I've got strong knowledgable Service Rep, and a maintenance department that can back her up. People say don't go to the dealer for service, they'll over charge you. With Toyota of Lancaster, I know my issues are repaired correctly the first time, the work and parts are backed by the dealership, and that Chanin always makes the process as painless as possible. Thanks for quality service, even at closing time, on very short notice. More
If you can, get Jose Martinez as my service advisor! He is knowledgeable and straight forward. If he doesn't know the answer he call someone who does. Awesome Service I always have had great service here. I bought my car in Victorville and the Sales people were wonderful and I thought it would have translated over I always have had great service here. So, I was very pleasantly surprised since I have been at this Service Department in Lancaster. Everyone from the people who answer the phone to the cashiers are great! My service Represenative, Joey, is AWESOME!! You can tell he is always super busy, but when you are at his desk, his full attention is on your vehicle and with you. Toyota of Lancaster, the employees and Joey make you feel like you are special, ESPECIALLY after a long day at work. Now THAT's Service! Thank you! More

Service/repair xcellent but car was returned somewhat dirty. 4 stars only instead of 5 due to car being dusty & dirty after being serviced & return back to me.
