Worst experience I have had at a car dealership After putting a deposit down on a vehicle and committing to pay list price over the phone I was told that a purchase order was in and the car was ours After putting a deposit down on a vehicle and committing to pay list price over the phone I was told that a purchase order was in and the car was ours. We drove two hours to pick up the car and 15 minutes before arriving we were called and told that they sold it to another customer who offered to pay above list price. They insisted that they didn’t knowingly leverage our offer to rip off another customer and acknowledging that mistakes were made on their part they told us that they ‘wanted to make it right’. They encouraged us to look at a car that was over our budget and after repeatedly appealing to the sales person to be straight with us she assured us that they would be able to lower the price in light of what happened. After stringing us along for hours it was apparent that they were not even attempting to “make it right” but instead trying to upsell us on a car we knew from the beginning that we could not afford. I felt unheard, disrespected, and dehumanized throughout this entire experience. They do not honor their word and wasted our entire day. They had plenty of opportunities to level with us and salvage this experience instead we were lied to repeatedly and in the end, it was obvious that we were only a paycheck to these folks. More

When we went in we knew exactly what we wanted and Bano made sure we got it. As a first time buyer, the experience was slightly daunting, but everyone from the sales floor to finance was helpful and understanding and made this a great experience. At the end of a lease? Be careful! Returning your lease for the first time? It was my first time leasing a Toyota, and I absolutely loved it. But when it came to my end of lease ter Returning your lease for the first time? It was my first time leasing a Toyota, and I absolutely loved it. But when it came to my end of lease term, I went into the dealer to discuss options. I asked for an inspection, and they said you cannot perform one on site. However the dealer went outside and we looked at my car together. He said it was in great condition and all of the small scratches are part of normal wear and tear. I asked him about a very small windshield crack (less that 0.5 inches) and he told me not to worry, that also was normal wear and tear. He made a comment that Toyota will overlook a lot of things for returning and loyal customers... great! So I leased another one and drove away very happy with my decision. 2 weeks later, I got a bill for over $1300 for the condition of my Prius. $900 was for my small windshield crack. I tried to contest it with Toyota financing, but was unsuccessful. However I did reach out to the dealer, and after a long discussion, Toyota Lake City ended up paying for the cost of my windshield. How awesome and unexpected is that? They really took ownership of the situation and worked hard to make everything right. But, if you are a first time leaser, my recommendation is to get a formal inspection (off site and third party) before your lease is up, and fix all damages before hand. I will definitely do things differently next time to avoid any end of lease fees. Also, if you want a car dealer that listens to you and what you need, cares and has a great attitude, go look up Evelyn at Lake City, she is amazing. More
They stole 1240 dollars from me for a service I did not want Cant get a refund for undercoating which I did not want but only said I would think about it so they cheated and stole 1240 dollars from me.
