Took my 2019 tundra in for a fuel pump recall which required removal of the gas tank. When the work was completed I look up under the truck at the gas tank and notice the bolt that secures the tank onl required removal of the gas tank. When the work was completed I look up under the truck at the gas tank and notice the bolt that secures the tank only had a couple of threads holding it. After showing the service guy he put it back on the lift to correct. They apologized,but I have lost confidence in this dealership. This should not happen, a mechanic always double checks his work. Only dealership I trust Toyota of Kingsport is the only dealership I trust to work on our vehicles! I gladly drive 20 miles (straight past another Toyota dealership) for the exceptional customer service and quality work they provide. My recent visit there included services for repair, interior/exterior detailing, and rental of a loaner, I couldn't have felt better about my experience. Excellent Service Expierence Once again I have taken my Toyota 4 Runner to Toyota of Kingsport and I received the great service that I have always gotten. Friendly service setti Once again I have taken my Toyota 4 Runner to Toyota of Kingsport and I received the great service that I have always gotten. Friendly service setting up the appointment and fast friendly service when I first drove up in the building. They made sure I had no other concerns other than the reason I was there. They let me know exactly what they would be doing and while I wait, they gave me a run down on what was available to me in their service department waiting area. While I waited just about every employee that past through the area where I was sitting spoke to me and several asked if I was OK and was there anything they could do for me. After my car was on the rack they came to me and asked me if I wanted to get my rotors done. Then once the service was complete they went over the work that had been done.. I live in Johnson City but it has always been worth the ride to Kingsport to get work done on my car. These guys are number one in my book. More
