At every step of the way, he was there to answer questions and offer alternatives while I tried to gather all my paperwork and move to another state at the same time (not an easy thing to do). He was also very understanding of the challenges of our timing; we kept him late two nights at work because I had to drive up from Austin, but I never felt rushed. Overall, great experience! More

Rocky was perfect. He took the time to understand what was important to us about our car & then reviewed the features of different vehicles and compared them to our needs. We decided on the Highlander and Billy helped us make the financing come true! We were in and out less than 3hrs! Rocky took the time to review all the technology & even paired our phone to the car system & reviewed all the apps & set the safety features! We are loving being on the road again! Total Satisfaction I went in for an oil change & service guy ask if I had seen or test drove the New Rav 4 & said no so he introduced me to Harvey Noiel . Well after I told him what I wanted; I traded my 2013 Rav 4 in for the New 2017 Rav 4 .
