Scheduling was a breeze to find a convenient time. Service personnel were fantastic, explained everything perfectly. My only "ding" is that when I told the scheduler I was coming for a 30,000mi servic Service personnel were fantastic, explained everything perfectly. My only "ding" is that when I told the scheduler I was coming for a 30,000mi service, the confirmation email listed only an oil change & tire rotation (a less than 1 hour turnaround, when in fact the 30k service required a 2.5hr wait. I had to scramble to find a way home rather than wait it out at the dealership. More

Made appointment for rear pads and rotors two weeks in advance. Upon arrival for the appointment, was told the wait would be 1.5 hours. I was informed after 2.5 hours they didn't have the rotors in stock advance. Upon arrival for the appointment, was told the wait would be 1.5 hours. I was informed after 2.5 hours they didn't have the rotors in stock and would have to wait while they went to get them. Job was completed after 3.5 hours. Only after my questioning was I told the rotors they used were not even from Toyota. Why go to the dealership (and pay more) when they don't even use OEM parts? Why were there no rotors in stock when I made an appointment? Totally irritating service visit. People were friendly and the waiting are is clean, but will probably not return. More
