Everything went well, except that after my wife drove the car away, there was a loud banging sound coming out of the left front wheel area. I have gotten my oil changed at this dealership twice. Both times I have requested a car wash at the initial checkin and was told it is part of the service. After waiting for the oil change service and recall items to be addressed, I had been waiting a good 1.5 hours. Everything else about this dealership is great! came in to Get new tires we were told they were in stock waited 2 hours then we were told they only had two of the four. Total time there close to four hours just for tires and wheel balancing. after they f waited 2 hours then we were told they only had two of the four. Total time there close to four hours just for tires and wheel balancing. after they finally got done we found our antenna in the center counsel I asked the lady who did our check in she said I can't reach up there and I screwed it in myself. Also after we left tire low indicator came on tire pressure very low on new tires had to go put air in. WOW! More
