Not informed of "recall"and work during day 8-4pm M-Sat-was told 8-4pm only for "recalls"- & that no rental would be provided to get back to work (I work 30 minute drive away and cannot stay-car only M-Sat-was told 8-4pm only for "recalls"- & that no rental would be provided to get back to work (I work 30 minute drive away and cannot stay-car only has 5500 miles??). Additionally I was not happy w/being forced to pay $1000 over MSRP & purchase an "add on package" for an extra $2000 at original purchase time. Then tried to sell my Prius and was severely low balled on price (online offer was $17k in VERY good condition- drove all the way out there and you offered under $15k--I sold it to another dealership for the promised 17K). My overall impression is that this dealership has an integrity problem. Our company has purchased over 25 company cars from Summit Toyota and NEVER had these kind of issues. That being said-the original sales person was very nice. More
