I have already suggested that the standard email that was sent out while I waited for my car to be finished said please contact the service department. When I asked about the email they said the company alwa sent out while I waited for my car to be finished said please contact the service department. When I asked about the email they said the company always sends those out. The problem is it looks like a hack. So I didn’t respond but just walked back and asked them what they needed. ??????? Nothing. Did not appreciate that. Just so you know. More
