Waited over an hour for an oil change. When i said something he replied its only been 59 minutes. They never put my antenna back on and left my hood open that I did not notice till I got h When i said something he replied its only been 59 minutes. So much back and forth, but I guess that is to be expected. What got me upset was, when I turned around from the sales desk, I witnessed our sales rep using aggressive body language and silly faces a expected.
