John was very great about getting me checked in! The oil change was very quick. The only thing I would complain about would be the car wash. I do appreciate them cleaning my car. We’ve always had good experience at this particular Toyota dealership, my dad got an FJ a while back and it was finally my turn to buy my own vehicle. First day we showed up on the lot we were already Toyota dealership, my dad got an FJ a while back and it was finally my turn to buy my own vehicle. First day we showed up on the lot we were already having a great experience! Everyone we worked with was personable and honest. The primary contact for me, Ryan, was just an all around awesome guy. Great humor, very charismatic, kept us in the loop every step of the way by personally calling and texting me. I’m not sure the process could have been any better than what it was. The complimentary inspection is a lie! This has been proven to me during past few years that this dealership does no inspection on your car and send you home with a fake report.
