With my past experiences of an amazing start with dealerships turning into nightmares after buying the car, I have to rate Toyota of Kent 4 stars. Our relationship right now is going to be 7 years (6 dealerships turning into nightmares after buying the car, I have to rate Toyota of Kent 4 stars. Our relationship right now is going to be 7 years (6 to pay off the RAV4 and 7 with my warranty) I will give an update when appropriate. Based of my first impressions, Justin is an amazing sales man. He is knowledgeable with his job, and I felt comfortable during our conversation. The finance lady (sorry I don’t remember your name) is just as amazing. I was hoping to get a little better price with this vehicle, but at the same time I can afford it and I’m beyond happy to finally have an SUV to drive. More

Great service. The only reason I docked the rating one star was because I had an appointment and it still took a super long time to get an oil change.
