We had the pleasure of being new to Toyota of Kent recently. Our salesman’s Gary Letera was amazing and also Tyler Bonina in finance. The dealership itself was clean and cozy. I'm disappointed that customer loyalty to the service department at the dealership isn't recognized in a meaningful way. It would be nice if the dealership kicked in an incentive once in a while for repe department at the dealership isn't recognized in a meaningful way. I'm not asking for free service but providing a nominal 10-15% discount to US Military/Veterans such as myself would be nice. Maybe a 10% discount for repeat customers once in a while? More
