Overall we were very happy with the service. The person serving us was very friendly and got the job done in the time they said. Loved the coffee drinks too. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and battery check. Also included some other standard checks. All this lasted an hour which is what I was told it would be. Danielle was very congenial and helpful. I also had a coupon that was emailed to me from Toyota of Kent which saved me some money. As usual the service was very good. They also gave me a free car wash. I also had help from a salesman, too. I needed my new phone synchronized with my car so I could answer without having to dig in my purse. Very nice. More
