Our interaction and experience with those that we dealt with was very positive. Beginning with our sales consultant Trevor Kovacs, he met us promptly and took his time to answer any questions we had throug with was very positive. This continued as we test drove the vehicle and continued until we completed the transaction. Likewise, Ashley Williams took her time to explain the paperwork and forms presented to us and aided us greatly in trasferring needed funds and related matters. I have worked with Toyota in Kent for many years. Don Joseph Toyota was so good to me, having leased more than a few cars and now have purchased one. I questioned why my hybrid Venza wasn't getting high mileage. My answer from service was not acceptable. I have dealt with the Japanese in the past and I know how they operate. So your staff is well mileage. My answer from service was not acceptable. I have dealt with the Japanese in the past and I know how they operate. So your staff is well tr ained by the Japanese to all use the same answer. Sounds like government liberals....yuck! Until I get this resolved to my satisfaction, Toyotas are off my list for new cars.
