I questioned why my hybrid Venza wasn't getting high mileage. My answer from service was not acceptable. I have dealt with the Japanese in the past and I know how they operate. So your staff is well mileage. My answer from service was not acceptable. I have dealt with the Japanese in the past and I know how they operate. So your staff is well tr ained by the Japanese to all use the same answer. Sounds like government liberals....yuck! Until I get this resolved to my satisfaction, Toyotas are off my list for new cars. More
