I have been dealing with Toyota Volvo of Keene for the last 15 years and have always been treated fairly and professionally by the sales representative. Jaime informed me at a service visit that the cost of the Prius is apt to go up with the increase in gasoline prices. Therefore, my wife and I visited Jaime a couple of days later to check out what he had a Prius is apt to go up with the increase in gasoline prices. Therefore, my wife and I visited Jaime a couple of days later to check out what he had available. Fortunately, he had just what we were looking for with the Prius. We negotiated a reasonable price and made the purchase. We have purchased other vehicles through Jaime previously and have always felt that he treated us well without pressure. We will continue to do business with him in the future. More

Jaime is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile for us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We only stopped in to "browse" as decision time was coming up whether He went the extra mile for us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We only stopped in to "browse" as decision time was coming up whether to turn in our lease Corolla or buy it. We ended up on our "browsing" day, deciding to lease another car and buy a new Prius! Obviously he is a great salesman! I like to work with a salesperson that is confident but not pushy, and let's me make the decisions after providing the facts needed to do so. Jaime is just such a salesman. Steve, in financing, was very pleasant and knowledgeable also. He worked quickly and accurately to complete the sales. Then,of course, we had a positive experience with the service department, taking the cars in for inspection, and repairing a scratch on the lease car to a pristine state. Jaime seamlessly and efficiently facilitated each step for us. All in all, many gold stars to everyone we worked with. More

I came in at the close of the business day on a Saturday. I was greeted with a smile as I apologized as I didn't know they closed at that hour. I thought I would have to come back. Joel Robinson took great care of me, and I got a fantastic deal with more features and less cost than my previous lease of a Toyota Prius. The manager helped get them to make an exception to allow me to get only a slightly higher monthly lease rate after the credit check was done. I picked up the car on Monday. I love it. I think they simply take advantage of the fact that they have no competition nearby and charge higher prices as a result. You can get a better deal by shopping around a bit. We have owned Toyotas for years. We went to our local Toyota dealer to see what was available when we were ready to change from our minivan to a car. I wasn't very happy with the salesman and his approach. I decided to drive a little further since I knew I wanted a Toyota. What a difference! From the moment we entered the salesman was informative and helpful but not pushy at all! We could not have been more thrilled with the amount they gave us for our trade in. I love my new car! And I am more than happy to drive a little further to have my car serviced at Toyota of Keene. I could not imagine a reason to buy a car from anyone else!! More
