My original contact with Toyota of Keene was to purchase a part for my 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. While on the premises, I looked at the used trucks available and became interested in a neat, clean 2000 4-Runner a part for my 1999 Toyota 4-Runner. While on the premises, I looked at the used trucks available and became interested in a neat, clean 2000 4-Runner, which I ultimately agreed to purchase after a very amiable, low key, but effective interaction with Salesperson Dennis Kerbawy. After taking delivery of the vehicle it developed a minor rattle which led to a series of inspections that ultimately revealed an issue undefined by previous inspections serious enough to necessitate returning the vehicle. Dave Barret, his Service Manager and his General Manager, Mr. Schwartz all worked together with Salesman Dennis Kerbawy to create a solution to the situation. They developed a very fair alternative deal for me and I was able to replace the truck with a slightly newer vehicle, still in my price range. It is important to emphasize that every one of the individuals who dealt with me throughout this marketting anomaly was cordial and full of intent to insure that my best interests were realized. The Fenton Family of Dealerships and its staff are a phenomenal example of good business in Vehicular Sales. I highly recommend Dennis Kerbawy and his sales support team as the man who can facilitate your next important vehicle purchase. When it comes to experience, patience, and demeanor, he has it all. To start, dealership was a very low key environment. I was able to look around the lot without being pestered about what I was looking for. Very straight-forward experience with what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend, etc. I did have to press him about the exact vehicle I was looking at (it was flagged as reserved, which may have been the cause for hesitation). The test drive went fine, I was pleased with the way the vehicle drove, and Joel was very thorough about the information on the truck. When it came down to working through the numbers, there was some back-and-forth activity on his part, but that's to be expected. We initially did get the pricing to the point I was looking for to make it affordable for me, but that price point changed when I sat down with the finance manager. A tweak to my down payment got me back to my price point, and it was a relative small price to pay for it. Overall, I was satisfied. It was a longer process than I anticipated, but I attributed that to it being busy. More

They didn't ask in an aggressive manner like we were "prey" but in a customer service way to ensure that we were helped. The vehicle was also ready when promised. The service has always been outstanding and the prices affordable. They are child friendly, which makes the experience that much easier! You are greated with a smile and treated with respect. The sales staff does not pressure you into buying something that you don't need or want, but they will give you information to make informed decisions. When the time comes around, I will be returning to Toyota Volvo of Keene without question! More

When my wife and I entered the dealership, Joel made us feel very welcome. He managed to meet the price I wanted and arranged terms of finance that were very good.
