I went down to Fenton just to test drive a Corolla and because of their fair price and what they gave me for my trade, I drove home with my 2010 Corolla that day! Bought a brand new Camry... The car is gorgeous and all of the vehicles there look meticulously maintained, both new & used... The dealership is clean, well laid out, and professional... There is a very large inventory of both new & used vehicles to choose from... I appreciated the internet price option with the entire inventory on line to do the shopping BEFORE going there as I don't like to be followed around while comparing vehicles... The salesman, Shawn, was extremely friendly, very polite & knowledgeable, seems to be a straight-shooter without 'salesman double-talk' techniques so we felt he was honest & straightforward... He answered all of our questions readily & completely, without any hesitation. We came in with the internet 'bottom line prices' in hand, so we started from there. That meant that the agreement on the price was done without the typical 'let me go ask my manager' nonsense that so many places employ trying to come to an agreeable price without giving more away than necessary. I prefer that a dealership simply cut to the chase to where they will go to instead of dick around for hours when they already know their bottom price in advance... So why spend hours getting there? Shawn was honest about the 'trade in situation' and so we chose not to trade in because it was in our best interests not to because it would not have shifted the price any lower, it was as low as it could reasonably go (A price verified by contacting two other dealers to see if they could do it one better, but they actually couldn't even match it unless we qualified as college students - We don't--)... So, we felt comfortable that the price was fair to everyone, so we bought it... The dealership also offers excellent maintenance options and reasonably priced add ons for peace of mind to the customer... The process was fast & easy. No BSing around. The price offered was fair & reasonable. The finance process quick & painless. Steve Hill, the finance mgr, was very knowledgeable, professional, and FAST... The paperwork, while always a ton of it no matter where you buy a car, was fast, fully & clearly explained, easy to understand, and took minimal time to complete. We were very pleased that they also offered a Zero % interest rate with the option of as little as Zero down... The only suggestion I'd make is for them to put that prominently on their website as I didn't notice that they offered it and almost went somewhere else that had what seemed to be a lower interest rate than them... We were pleasantly surprised to discover ZERO% and he let us know about it right away when we arrived, making us that much more likely to agree to a sale with their dealership... (I'm sure it is nationwide through Toyota, but did not SEE it offered on the website)... That isn't a complaint, simply a suggestion... (-; All in all, it was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had... and we've bought a LOT of cars over the years, so that is high praise... I'd rate them A+++ and recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a fair & reasonable price... They won't beat it anywhere else... More

From the moment I began working with Adam Zinn I knew that I had found the right salesman for me. No high pressure, just educational facts to help me make my decision. I left town shortly after and Adam and I finished the entire purchase via email. Adam responded to all my questions in a timely manner. It felt as if he was my partner in making sure I got the car I wanted and needed. None of the high power pushing or the scary "car salesman" tactics where you feel that you are at the mercy of someone because you want a particular car. I actually got a slightly better price elsewhere and Adam worked with me on meeting the price. I wanted to give Adam the deal because he was the best salesman I had ever worked with. I have been buying cars for 40+ years and have had some negative experiences for sure. Working with the Fenton Family has consistently been the most comfortable, reliable, and best dealership that I have known. I purchased a Honda from them a few years ago and enjoyed the ease of the transaction. Still Adam Zinn at Fenton's Toyota is the most knowledgable, friendly and helpful salesman I have ever had anywhere. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam in particular. More

Fast, honest, friendly and NOT high pressure. The Internet Staff (Kira) did a great job! Jaime Rios (My salesperson) was knowledgeable, polite, attentive and responsive. This is the way car sales should be. I have had over 20 years of sales experience and I was impressed at the way this Fenton Family Dealership operated. There is something to be said when you encounter a sales staff that is not only experienced but also tenured at one dealership. There were a few issues that Jaime and I had identified on my used car and they were all corrected prior to delivery. My “new to me” used car was professionally detailed and mechanically ready which eased the delivery. I cannot say enough good things! Valerie in the Business office was also very professional and polite without yet again – no high pressure tactics. I would not hesitate to to recommend the Fenton Family Dealerships. They appear to be doing things the right way and are obviosly well managed. A great place to look for your next vehicle! More

They even delivered the car to our home on a flat-bed. Just a couple of days ago, I decided it was time to trade in my Camry for a newer model. Once again, Mike and Steve were great. I showed up, the car was waiting for me, we signed some papers and I was on my way. I greatly appreciate Toyota of Keene, their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. My wife and I are customers for life. Whenever we hear of someone in the market for a car, we tell them about Mike, Steve and Keene Toyota. When they say it's too far away, we tell them that it's worth the trip and they won't be sorry. Thanks again!! More
