I purchased my new Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Keene, and I have had it serviced there as well. I have ALWAYS been treated so great there. I live and hour away and I went to a local tire dealership for n and I have had it serviced there as well. I have ALWAYS been treated so great there. The tire dealership in greenfield MA did a terrible job and Toyota of Keene corrected both issues that i was left to deal with. They have gone above and beyond even when it was just over a noise I was hearing. I will never take my truck to any other place for service. Not for ANYTHING, EVER. TOYOTA OF KEENE PUTS ALL THE REST TO SHAME!!!! Chris and John in service are great. They are always respectful and very down to earth. They are very good people persons. The mechanics are the best too. When I leave Toyota of Keene, I know my truck is safe and sound. I can't feel that trust anywhere else I have ever done business with my cars/trucks. We test drove a variety of SUVs before settling on the RAV 4 Ltd (2013). We weren't sure if we were going to trade our car or try to sell it ourselves. Mike worked with us and though we tried to sell it on our own, we ended up trading it in and Mike met us halfway on the trade in. He was professional yet very friendly. The rest of the crew in the showroom were helpful and friendly as well even though it wasn't their sale. It was a great experience and we love our new Rav 4.
