I went into Toyota not knowing what to expect. I had just learned that my 2006 Subaru Impreza (with only 134K miles on it) was going to cost over $2,000 to fix due to a blown cylinder in the engine - so it w learned that my 2006 Subaru Impreza (with only 134K miles on it) was going to cost over $2,000 to fix due to a blown cylinder in the engine - so it wasn't worth it to fix it. So I needed a car ASAP. My visit to Subaru earlier that day was just frustrating and I did not like how I was treated. The second I met Joel Robinson at Toyota of Keene I knew I was in the right place. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and he made it happen. He didn't pressure me or try and coerce me into getting anything I wasn't interested in. He was a great salesman, the best I've ever had! He was very knowledgeable and I loved his personality. I ended up driving that home in a brand new Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be happier! More

Once i selected the truck i wanted we sat down and to put all the info together to get an overveiw of what the final sale would look like before making my final decision. feelin very comfortable and informed i said lets go for it. At that point i was introduced to steve Hill for financing and final paperwork who was again efficient and knowledgeable and feel confident that he was able to get me the best deal possible. I am now enjoying my new (used) truck . So if you are in the market for a new car or truck at a good price with no hassel no pressure sales and service staff stop in to toyota/volvo of keene and ask for Ned Lester and Steve Hill. More

When I first got to The Dealership, I met with Ned. What I liked about Ned is he wasn't pushy, Ned was very pleasant and knew the product of the cars very well. Ned even showed me the car fax and consumer ratings of the car I was buying. When I found the car I liked. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I then met Dave the credit person, that went well, then to Steve the financial paper guru.Steve explained every piece of paper in terms I could understand as I signed each sheet. When I drove home that day in my new car I felt confident with how the whole experience went. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you for a great car buying experience. More

Across the board I give this Dealership a 'Great' rating... From start to finish I found my experience to be stress free. I was not looking forward to this visit at all -- but had no choice -- my '97 Toyota Camry was done. When all was said and done, I thought to myself, "wow, that wasn't bad at all" -- If you are interested in a Toyota I highly recommend Toyota of Keene. I can't speak to the other salespeople, but if they conduct their business the same way Adam did with me, you can't go wrong. More

We have always been well treated, made to feel like our purchase matters, and find the level o the past 23 years, from Volvos to Toyotas and a Honda. Our feeling is that unless you're lookign for a car that Fenton Family Dealerships doesn't offer, you shouldn't go anywhere else. More
