The service Manager is very rude unprofessional and you have very rude service advisors I spent 200 and some thousand buying two vehicles from Toyota which I would never buy vehicles from you all again I h have very rude service advisors I spent 200 and some thousand buying two vehicles from Toyota which I would never buy vehicles from you all again I had a free oil change Coupon And was not told over the phone that I could not use it when I got there your employee was very rude also your service manager was rude so they’re gonna make you all lose business over oil change coupon if the coupon didn’t apply for you all location they should’ve told me that over the phone that would’ve been my choice if I wanted to let you all do my service on my vehicle or go to Grapevine which Grapevine is a better location and they have better people my vehicle was only there because it was in you all collision bodyshop which had been there for three months I did not take my vehicle over there to the service advisor in the first place the person from the body shop took it over there Which I told them that I had a free oil change Coupon on the phone you you all have very rude employees and your service manager are also you all will lose business I don’t care if it’s just my business if you keep allowing this it will add up and hurt you all no matter what losing business And the worst part about it if I had a altercation with the employee the Service manager is so unprofessional why would he bring her in the office with me when I’m talking to him that is so unprofessional He could have talked to her when I left alone but instead he was instigating the situation The only service I was pleased with is the body shop they where so knowledgeable and respectful and treat you well and did a very good job on my Vehicle but because of that Incident at the Service department I would never use the body shop again so Toyota you will lost money on that end to You guys need to hire better people More
