Poor service I received a recall on my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner and call to schedule service. I arrived and he took my 4-Runner and I left with my ride. 2 hours later, he called and said that the part had to be ordered come and get your car and we will call you in about a week. Knowing that these parts usually have to be ordered before service, I specifically asked Richard if the part had to be ordered and he said, no the part in in. More

Work not performed or cheaper product substituted 4Runner took in to HB Toyota for an oil change. Paid for synthetic oil. Had car into a mechanic for work 3000 miles later that showed me that oil ne 4Runner took in to HB Toyota for an oil change. Paid for synthetic oil.
