All three of these guys made the whole experience worth it. The guys are very personable, funny and put you at ease right away. I'm very selective with who and where I purchase my vehicles from and I highly recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach. He makes sure the techs get the right information and I always bring all of my Toyotas to Omar at HB Toyota (4Runner, Corolla or Matrix) for service. He makes sure the techs get the right information and always keeps me in the loop for decisions about service and costs. The techs are qualified and work quickly to get your car back to you. I won't let anyone else service my car's brakes and they are always quiet, long lasting and trouble free. Their shop is spacious, clean and modern. Great Experience I have been shopping for a Rav4 Hybrid XLE AWD. I filled out my wish list on True Car and got a ton of responses. However, either I didn't get the c I have been shopping for a Rav4 Hybrid XLE AWD. I filled out my wish list on True Car and got a ton of responses. However, either I didn't get the correct model or a viable package. I stopped into Toyota of Huntington Beach and met a low key very nice salesman, Daniel. I drove a similar car over to their other lot and drove back to the main lot in the car I was looking for. Since I wasn't prepared to buy that day I left the dealership. I got a call the next day from Daniel; which, believe it or not, is rare. I have found that most salespeople don't follow-up. Anyway, I told him what my expectations were. I then got a call from Elio Chemaly, the Finance Manager. He was completely upfront with me. Although this dealership does not work with TrueCar, he was willing to work with me; even though what I was looking for (price wise) didn't exist. I talked to several dealerships in the coming days and found out that he was right. I sold my 2004 Highlander and thus was ready to purchase the Rav4. Elio was great representing my wishes to the General Manager. It was a little more than what I wished for, but I felt the price was completely fair. Once the paperwork was ready...and the Finance Office was available, I met with Todd Eyster to go over the final paperwork. He was also nice, quick, and helpful. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to a friend. More
