Tony was super helpful and communicated great. Technician did a great job. My only gripe is the price to replace the coolant valve was $650! The market price for that valve is cheap like $200, so Technician did a great job. My only gripe is the price to replace the coolant valve was $650! Especially since this is such a common problem with Rav4 cars it should have been way cheaper, probably should have a class action open after discovering how many Rav4s have this issue. We got an excellent deal from Toyota of Huntington Beach. The transaction was quick and easy and we got the truck that we wanted. However, we were given only one key fob because we were told that there is The transaction was quick and easy and we got the truck that we wanted. However, we were given only one key fob because we were told that there is a shortage in semiconductor chips. That’s why the dealers are only given one key per vehicle from Toyota. I am not sure how true is this, but I take it that they are telling l us the truth. So, in the meantime, we would just have to wait for the second key fob and hopefully we don’t lose our key fob between now and then. More
