Isaiah has been put Service Writer for years ! Our choice . Our only choice Thorough in his explanations , suggests options, resolutions and has always gone above and beyond and we continue to be Our choice . Our only choice Thorough in his explanations , suggests options, resolutions and has always gone above and beyond and we continue to be highly satisfied with his service. I have seen him provide the same excellent level of service to many other customers . His level of patience knows no limits . He remains calm in stressful situations. His tone of voice is consistent when he’s speaking in person or on the phone. He is an outstanding individual . Isaiah is huge asset to Toyota of Hollywood. During the time my car was in for service I received phone 2 phone calls from “Customer Service” and it was nothing BUT ! I did not know who was calling .when I answered a woman asked for my husband . I replied he was deceased and asked what the call was regarding . When I answered the phone she did not announce herself or where she was calling from . I asked again and she yelled and told me at least 2 times to STOP TALKING ! I replied I had asked her a question and would gladly stop talking so she could answer my question . She hung up on me . I immediately called the number she’d called from and it then it came up as Toyota . I complained to the person that answered the phone with no resolve . Several days later I got another call . Same number same issue . I was trying to find out why she was calling but was never told . I got really ticked off and yelled at her . She hung up . I reached out on your web sight and filled out a request for a Manager from Toyota of Hollywood or someone at Corporate to contact me. That was last week . Still hasn’t happened. I’ve received a text and phone calls asking if I want to sell my car . Other text and call or email wanting to know how they could help me select a car . I was not happy about these calls .I began having issues with my car while driving to Hollywood from Middle Tennessee . Visited probably the most inefficient website ever when trying to schedule a service call in advance of arriving in Hollywood . Impossible task . I entered a chat . That resulted in sending me back to the scheduling tool again . Too many issues to recount but it took me days to make the appointment . Finally got to talk to a lovely young lady actually at Toyota of Hollywood that made the appointment at my convenience and apologized for my issues . Your company has major issues starting with basic phone etiquette. Take my word for it or if you care about being better , check it out for yourself . More
