My whole experience at Toyota of Hollywood was great. My service advisor Isaiah is kind, honest, helpful & patient. He does Not try to sell you services that you do Not need. It all started when I arrived at 7:30, I was sent to the service advisor Jorge, which already had a customer that he was talking to, as I waited for him to finish with that customer I noticed that there was service advisor Jorge, which already had a customer that he was talking to, as I waited for him to finish with that customer I noticed that there was other service advisors they had no clients at all, after waiting for about 15 minutes I decided to go up to another service advisor and ask if they could help me out because it seemed that my service advisor was going to be busy with the customer that he was with. He to took care of me. I was also told that my car was going to take about an hour and a half for it to be complete in actuality. It took two and half hours and to finalize it when Jorge called me and told me that my car was ready. He gave me all my paperwork which he was very polite and that his job well mannered and as I receive my paperwork, I gave it to one of the team members that were outside so they could get my car, I waited about 15 to 20 minutes because when somebody finally decided to call my name, they brought out a blue 4 Runner We’re one of the ladies tells me your car’s been here for 15 minutes and then I explained to her that I actually have a red Camry that I really didn’t understand. How that can be a mixup. Long story short this is the second service I’ve ever had for my vehicle and comparing you guys to another dealership. It was literally night and day. I think I’d rather drive farther to another dealership and get better service than the one that I received here. More
