I had a 8am appt to get tires and waited over 4 hours in the lobby area. My service guy named Arian M. was friendly and polite but a colleague (Fidel M) was very rude when I asked for assistance as I was f the lobby area. He said it "well it's your lucky day to have to wait 4 hours" and refused to look up my work order. I told him he didn't need to be rude and he sais he wasn't rude. I reported it to his Manager Dan. It was all a terrible experience just to spend my money there. I won't do it again. I have worked in customer service for many years and this was very poor service. It cost me over $800 to be insulted. I don't usually have a problem with service at Toyota of Hollywood, so I would still recommend them, but this time was terrible, because of the wait time and the lack of courtesy from Fidel M. More

The customer service at Toyota of Hollywood is awful. I'm happy with my RAV4 I bought there but I wish I had bought it somewhere else. For a month I've been struggling to get my cracked windshield fixed through them. They did not return emails or calls when I was trying to go through insurance. Then I remembered I bought windshield warranty through them only to find out they had made a mistake and never added that warranty into my final paperwork so no warranty. Had to go through insurance. The glass guy only comes once a week so had to come on that day. My appointment was at 9:00am. I'm waiting in the service line and get a text at 9:05 that nope the glass guy has decided can't get there until noon. No emergency on his part. Has just decided can't get there until noon and service at Toyota of Hollywood can't do anything about it. They can't give me a car so I can go back home. And they weren't going to pay for an Uber for me until I went in and yelled at the customer service manager. My husband will be coming back to get our vehicle because I never want to see this place again. More
