I brought in my vehicle for a routine oil change (which should include a car cleaning*) and for Toyota recalls over a month ago. I prescheduled my service appointment for 7am and was called around 4/4:30pm should include a car cleaning*) and for Toyota recalls over a month ago. I prescheduled my service appointment for 7am and was called around 4/4:30pm to alert me that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I was informed that one of the recalls would require some additional parts to be ordered and was told they should take a few days to come in - the Toyota employee assured me that he would reach out to me as soon as the parts came in. I understand that sometimes there can be parts shortages or delivery delays, so I waited several weeks to follow up. I reached out to that same employee - who happens to be one of the "Service Managers" - over 3 times, all on separate days, to see if the parts came in, to no avail. The only response I ever received from him was "Please text me tomorrow as I am off today. I can set you up tomorrow for an appointment. Thank you." As requested, I messaged him directly the following day, and have yet to hear back. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. *Please note: my vehicle was not cleaned until after I was told that it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick up the car, and only then did they run it through the external car wash. The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned/vacuumed at all (something which all the other Toyota dealerships I have been to have done as part of the routine oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspection, etc. under warranty). This review is for the Body Shop Dept. Terrible service stay away from this body shop. I showed up asked for Rolando at the service desk he walked by said he had already a couple cars to check and couldn’t help me and walked away. I followed him behind the service desk he started talking to a lady and when he was done he walked out a different way just to not talk to me. Never again, this dealer is probably the worst toyota dealer in Florida, I will make sure I post my experience on every site so nobody has to go thru what I went thru. More

Do not send and older person by them self, they will get ripped off!!! You ask them for an oil change and they do tire rotation without previous authorization!
