Despite getting an appointment it took 4-5 hours for the dealership to change the oil. Also, the service agent that was assigned to me was no where to be found during my scheduled time and arrived to the de dealership to change the oil. Also, the service agent that was assigned to me was no where to be found during my scheduled time and arrived to the desk 15 mins after the scheduled time. I had also requested a car wash after the oil change which was not done when I came to pickup the car. The only thing that was good was that they offered a ride to my house via Lyft so I did not have to wait the 5 hours at the dealership. More

I had a 7:30am appointment for service which I was told would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the ca would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the car was low on washer fluid. There is no point in scheduling an appointment if you don't serve the cars in order of arrival. I do NOT understand why I had to wait FOUR hours for an oil change. Kenny Metellus is a fantastic salesman. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle, when I brought my truck in for servicing.
