I've had my car serviced here for years and never have they taken more 3 hours. Well today was a surprise to me. I took my car in at 7:30 and I didn't get it back until close to 1. I even called at 10:30 they taken more 3 hours. Well today was a surprise to me. I took my car in at 7:30 and I didn't get it back until close to 1. I even called at 10:30 and asked if they started the job on my car and it was ok if they hadn't because I need my car and I would return the next day to complete the service. They said yes it's been started but I was told once it started it would take about two hours. This was way more than 2 hours. I even called to ask to have them check my car because I lost my wallet, I was told I could get a call back. No one ever called in regards to my wallet. I was so disappointed with my last service. I have never had an experience like this before, it was even hard to get in contact with my service assistant! Even when I was connected to the manager on site, he sounded like he didn't even want to help nor was he concerned about what was going on. All around bad experience!! More
