I would have given a 5 star but when my car was ready they could not open the lock box to get my key out for me to leave so I had to stay there until they fixed it. Otherwise, Isaiah made my experience a more pleasant experience. There was a sound that my truck made everytime you put your foot on the gas. They had to order the part, Isaiah immediately got me a rental car. It only took two days because it was saturday when I took my car in and I had to wait until Monday. The service on my truck was quick otherwise. I would recommend Hollywood Toyota especially Isaiah. More
