Checked in at 07:15 a. m. did not leave until like 10:35 a.m. -10:40 a.m. The only service done was an oil change and tire rotation only. Wait time every time I come in is ridiculously long. I walked over to service mgr around 10:10 a.m. he says they called me and stated I said I was on my way to pick up the car. He dialed my cell number wrong and spoke to someone that was not me obviously. Even after the mistake I still had to wait for the valet who disappeared with my paperwork. After I finally saw him my truck still had not been washed. The last time I was there I also checked in at 7 a.m. left finally around 11 a.m. after the long wait. I paid for my own uber ride to and from home. I came back at 1:30 p.m. once I received a call the car was done. Let's see how long my next appointment will be. Thanks. More
