At first, I decided to sit and wait until the end of my 20,000 miles service. Lacey told me if I changed my mind, she could arrange a Lyft driver to take me anywhere within a 5 mile radius. I read a bit th 20,000 miles service. Lacey told me if I changed my mind, she could arrange a Lyft driver to take me anywhere within a 5 mile radius. I read a bit then I decided to take her up on the offer and went , via Lyft, to a nearby Walmart. She set up a link by text for me to click on when I was ready. By the time I got back with my many Walmart bags, my car was ready, loaded my trunk and was in my home. That’s how they do it- the Toyota way. What great customer service!!!! More
