Walked in asked where service was Mr Richard Kelly sales consultant took the time to walk us over to the department and waited until we were able to be attended to. My sales rep Karolina Ramos was excellent, this is the second car my family purchase from her. The first experience was outstanding when she helped us finding a car for my sister. This time, despite an extreme delay on the delivery date, she kept us informed at all times thru calls and text. I was disappointed that Toyota as a company would not keep track of the vehicles on route; nor inform the dealer, so clients would know exactly whenever the car arrive. We basically had to wait until the car arrived to find out if our requested car came. More
