I always visit the Toyota of Hollywood without an appointment. I understand if I do that I may have to wait a little longer. That is expected. My recent visit was no different than the last few times appointment. I understand if I do that I may have to wait a little longer. That is expected. My recent visit was no different than the last few times I took my Scion XB for an oil change & more importantly to have them do the free "multi point inspection". I have always trusted them with that taking my vehicle there since 2016. Andris Prado did a marvelous job of making sure everything went well. At some point, I asked if the vehicle was serviced, and she was very diligent in letting me know that the vehicle was coming out of service. She is always there for me & my auto. The dealership is excellently run. Place is always clean. Take care of your vehicle and watch for service intervals, keep good records of service that needs to done at the dealership & your vehicle will last. More
I had a 10 am for a simple tire warranty inspection. Since the car has been purchased at your store Michelin asked me to have it inspected there. After an hour and 45 minutes the tire had not been looked at. I asked my car be returned to me it was quickly. A terrible waste of my time. Not a great way to treat a new customer. The service tech did did not initiate a signal update during that time, nor did he respond to my text to him, after an hour, requesting a status update. More
