Do not bring your car to Toyota of Hollywood: I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood since 2007 to service my vehicle. I started to notice a few years ago that if they fix one part of your car lat been going to Toyota of Hollywood since 2007 to service my vehicle. I started to notice a few years ago that if they fix one part of your car later on something else goes wrong with your car. One day I went in for a simple oil change and when I got my car back it was leaking oil. I later found out that they didn't replace the oil filter cap which is simply negligence. I stopped going to Toyota of Hollywood. And then last week I brought my Toyota Highlander 2008 for Air conditioner repair to Another car repair shop using my extended warranty . My extended warranty informed me that there was a major discrepancy on the mileage of my vehicle that was reported to Carfax by Toyota of Hollywood. They entered that I had 125k miles in January 2023 instead of 120k miles. I went to Toyota of Hollywood and spoke to the assistant manager who told me that he corrected the problem on Carfax and I asked him to write a letter to my warranty company and told me that he didn't have time. I explained to him that my car has been in the repair shop for 3 days waiting for authorization to repair and Toyota of Hollywood is delaying the repair because of their error. 3 days later after a lot of back and forth with Toyota of Hollywood, my extended warranty insurance cancelled my claim and cancelled my warranty. Now I'm stuck paying all the repairs on my car plus all the monthly payments that I already made to the insurance company. It was Toyota of Hollywood's error and they just didn't care. Don't waste time. The service department will neglect your vehicle, make major clerical errors and can't even complete a simple oil change. I left several messages on the answering machine of John Diaz and up to now no one has contacted me. I also called their Customer care department and no one is reaching out to me. I would never want anyone to have to go through this experience. Take your business somewhere else. More
