The service was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The Assistant Service Manager gave me his card to call and find out when they would be able to pick me up to get my car and I called him at least 15 The Assistant Service Manager gave me his card to call and find out when they would be able to pick me up to get my car and I called him at least 15 times and no one was able to help the service AI answered the phone and said to send him a text message or email and I did that on several occasions and he still didn’t respond. The service is terrible and I will try my best never to come to that dealership again. My car stay over night and I had no other way to get around. They made it hard for me. I never used the word hate but I hate your service department. You all need to do better to help the customer, I want my money back, I payed $189.00 and I want a refund. More
