Toyota of Hollywood - Service Center

This used to be a great place for service. Not now. Last time when I picked up my car the windshield was cracked. This time dropped my car off at 10:15 am and was told it wouldn't be serviced Not now. Last time when I picked up my car the windshield was cracked. This time dropped my car off at 10:15 am and was told it wouldn't be serviced till the afternoon. No problem, but I wasn't even called when it was ready (even though I sent a text requesting an update). Went to the dealership at 5:45 and waited till almost 6:30 for the car to be brought around because a mechanic had lost a key to someone else's car, and all the runners were searching the parking lots to find it. Got in the car and saw that they didn't even bother to put down a paper floor mat. My car is no longer under warranty, so I see no reason to continue to give them my patronage, at least with this car. More

For several moths I have been getting recall notices from ToH telling me to come in to have the front bumper of my 2021 Highlander repaired under warranty. You knew I was coming in specifically to have this recall taken care of and you did not have the consideration to have the part in stock. Total incompetence on the part of ToH. More

I brought my car in for the 30k mile service appointment. The alignment was done improperly and we had to take the car back to have it done again. I’ve had a 2022 Toyota Sienna for 2 years and never had an issue with the battery - coincidentally 24 hours after servicing it the battery dies and we have to jump start it on a Sunday morning. I thought Toyota of Hollywood was better than the North Miami location but I guess not. More
