I have a 2022 RAV4 prime. I loved the car, 6 months ago I started to have issues with my Trunk not opening with the button in the car or the button at the trunk. Makes a loud beeping noise and will not open or close. I use my trunk all day long as I use my car for work and stroller. I have gonna to the dealer 3 times and told them about the issue. Being it doesn't happen every time they can't help me. I have showed them numerous video showing the issue. They said they can't use the video it has to happen at the service department. The guy said if you want us to hold your car hostage for a few days we can do that (yes those were his exact words). Three times I have gone in for this issue. Terrible service, yesterday went to Honda and traded the car in for a CRV. More

I normally calls the dealership before I head over to the location. I contacted the dealership to verify if my 84 months of my battery warranty was still valid, once I got on the phone I was able to speak location. I contacted the dealership to verify if my 84 months of my battery warranty was still valid, once I got on the phone I was able to speak with an agent which they mentioned to me that it was still valid for my vehicle. Upon my arrival I was told otherwise when I spoke to Mrs. Adris I was very disappointed due to the fact that I made a call to make sure before I leave my home and to experience this such a thing upon my arrival at the Hollywood Toyota dealership. I was highly upset because I didn’t received the proper help that I deserved at the time. Mrs Adris sounded angry that day which made me feel uncomfortable. Normally I enjoy going to this main specific location, based on how I was treated I do not see any reason to step my foot over there again.. I definitely did not get the help that I deserved for my 2019 Toyota Camry! Thank you! More
