I recently relocated from California, and I decided to exchange my car. I found Toyota Hollywood and purchased a used car, not a Toyota a Jeep SUV. The vehicle was acting weir, so I made an appointment. T exchange my car. I found Toyota Hollywood and purchased a used car, not a Toyota a Jeep SUV. The vehicle was acting weir, so I made an appointment. The service was scheduled at 9:00am on Labor Day. I arrived on time, and I had like 7 people before me, but they were able to accommodate my SUV and they helped me testing the vehicle before they decided what was the next step. Mr. Sunny was able to take the car across the street to Crysler and they found the issue, they exchanged two very important batteries. I'm very happy with their service and my experience as a new customer was outstanding. I had a bit of issues purchasing the vehicle, only because one of the finance agents wasn't excellent but one of the managers was able to help me and I finally had a great deal and a great rate. I will recommend them; I normally do not give bad or good reviews that all but I'm pleased with their service and the support from the whole team. My salesperson name was Hayden and He is a sweetheart too ;) More
