I spent over an hour, trying to get someone on the phone in service. No one answers and if it goes to voicemail 9/10 their voicemail box is filled. Worse service ever. The estimate for replacing the hybrid battery on my car was nearly $8,000. Naturally I wanted to talk to someone about my options. ZERO, YES, ZERO stars. This happened to us on Sunday March 14, 2021. It was all lies from the beginning and we drove 1.25 hours each way. Before we left I was speaking with Tyler Hasson, he confirmed t March 14, 2021. It was all lies from the beginning and we drove 1.25 hours each way. Before we left I was speaking with Tyler Hasson, he confirmed to me that we would get what was advertised, which was a 2020 Camry SE for only around $18,000, instead of around $28,000. Plus he would give us the match your down payment up to $5000.00 for a total of $10,000 down. I asked him many times to please send me something via email. He said he would but never did. We drove down anyways, we called Tyler Hasson once we were in the parking lot and told him we were there. He said great go to the receptionist and I'll be right down. We immediately went in and asked the receptionist for Tyler and we were told he went home. We said no, we just spoke to him on the phone. Someone else came to us, said he knew the story and took us across the street to the pre auction lot and started showing us different cars. We interrupted him and explained Tyler said he had the car we wanted on the lot, a new 2020 Camry SE. The gentleman drove us back across the street to the main dealership and brought down the manager, who first asked us if we had anything in writing. We told him Tyler said he would send it via email but he never did. The manager said well if there is nothing in writing there is nothing he could do. The manager then proceeded to tell us there were no 2020 Camrys on the lot anyways. We explained to him what Tyler and I had discussed on the phone and asked if we could please talk to Tyler. He said well Tyler is upstairs working the internet sales. I said, exactly that's how I met him, can we please speak to him. Once Tyler finally came down he admitted what we were saying was true. Then another couple approached Tyler as well upset that he told them the same thing. The manager sent Tyler back upstairs and went on to tell us they've been running those ads for over 10 years, but you need to read the fine print. You get one discount or the other but not both. Boy did I feel played. Because Tyler just admitted to us and to the manager that he agreed to give us both deals. They went on to show us a 2121 Camry SE but could only take off 7000.00, and not match our down payment. We both drove it around as the manager wrote up a deal. The manager proceeded to tell us we can even consider the deal for a week or two. Then he left. The previous guy then dealt with us, as we were going over the contract I asked since the manager said earlier we had nothing in writing there was nothing he could do, I asked him about the manager saying this offer was good for 2 weeks will you please write that on the back and sign it. He refused and said if you come back tomorrow there is no reason for us to give you that deal anymore. We asked didn't you just hear the manager say it was good for 2 weeks? He said yes, but that the manager would have to sign it. We asked will you please bring him back to sign it. He went on to tell us he already left for the day. We really felt used and played. We spoke to the other couple as we were leaving and they said they spoke to Tyler over the phone and got the same run around. I will NEVER go back to Toyota of Hollywood and I will definitely tell all my friends and family NOT to go there either. Thank you for your awful service. Cynthia Barlow More

Not just making sure you understand your new car but are you ready for this...Tamy Chinea even removed the wheel locks from my trade in and put them on my new car for me. I don’t know of anyone else that would do that. She then reminded me about my Sun Pass that I totally forgot about with the excitement of my new car. She had the patience of a saint with a senior customer explaining every detail of the car she felt I should understand comfortably before leaving the Toyota of Hollywood Dealership in Hollywood Florida. I would rate Tamy Chinea 10 Stars because of her patience, knowledge of the product and attention to detail. She made sure I understood the important features of my new car before I left. I still can’t believe she changed the wheel locks over to my new car for me. She is Unbelievable Thank you Tamy for your great service and making the experience wonderful.. Michele Fazio More

Terrible terrible terrible service, I droppedMy car off Terrible terrible terrible service, I dropped My car off just to get a patch in the tire, he offered an oil change since it was still under free, and Terrible terrible terrible service, I dropped My car off just to get a patch in the tire, he offered an oil change since it was still under free, and I thought that’s nice sure, however I dropped it off at noon, did not get a call at all, called at 3 they have an outside answering service that’s not even in the dealership they couldn’t get through to anyone and said they would have someone call back so I said ok that’s fine, 5 comes around no call back, called again no ones answering find out they are closed (first time here didn’t know the hours) and no one called not one single update, I worked in service for 5 years at dealership it does not take that long for an oil change even on the busiest days and the fact no one called is outrageous I had to go into work late, will never go back, when I got a call the next day it was the outside service not even the advisor and I still couldn’t reach an advisor, just awful, no communication whatsoever. More
Amazing experience ever. Tamy Chinea is the absolute best sales rep ever. She is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Won me over immediately. Long story short, I went to Toyota with the intent of checking out the 2021 Versa, which caught my eye. Must say the Versa is an amazing piece of machinery. I have been a Lexus customer for over decades. However, as I always do every three years when my lease is up, I tend to shop around other alternatives convinced that nothing would lure me to change from my reliable RX350. Anyway, even when I feel in love with the Versa, it was not a perfect fit for me because it was a little smaller than the RX350, and feeling cramped is not my cup of tea. Thus, I asked to see the Highlander to simply discard it. Well, I must say I was stunned when I test drove it. The Highlander, in my opinion, should be a Lexus because it has more luxury, gadgets and widgets than the RX350 and what is even better it is more economical than the Lexus. Tamy did everything she could and then some to get the deal I was looking for and if it not for her persistency and diligence I would probably would have gotten another LEXUS. This will be my first experience with Toyota but I figure since Toyota and Lexus are sister companies, I should be fine. The fire test will soon begin since LEXUS service is second to none. I don’t expect to get a better service as I did with LEXUS, but I am surely expecting to get the same. We will see in three years if this experience makes me a loyal Toyota customer or takes me back to what I have known to well to be an amazing run and experience with LEXUS. For now, Toyota is giving LEXUS a run for their money and reputation. If you are considering a Toyota, don’t hesitate to contact Tamy, she is the bomb and will bend over backwards for you. You say jump and she won’t ask how high, she will just jump much higher than you expected. Thank you Tamy for being the best you can be. More
