I was quoted 2 hours for an oil change and I made it known that I would be waiting. At 2 hours I followed up. Finally at a little over three hours I was told they just needed to run it through the car w known that I would be waiting. At 2 hours I followed up. Finally at a little over three hours I was told they just needed to run it through the car wash. I noticed the staff scrambling to find the car. All said and done it took 3.5 hours. Not a good experience. More
