Waited over 3 hours for a 15 minute installation time for a part. Had an appointment. Had to contact the service advisor several times who misinformed me that the car was in the service area being worked on, a part. Had an appointment. Had to contact the service advisor several times who misinformed me that the car was in the service area being worked on, when clearly the Toyota app showed it unmoved, with the doors locked. Asked to have my keys back to reschedule--was refused. Waiting area was uncomfortable and cold. Customers should be treated with better respect. More

Muy mal servicio, primer ves en tantos años de ser clienta. Me cobraron como 600$ por la renta del carro cuando tenian mi carro highlander 2023 en revision q no es mi problema q tenga un defecto.
