I took my vehicle for a 65,000 miles checkup. My last visit in November 2023. My windshield wipers were not working. They changed the spray nozzles and it only worked for a day. They then told me they needed to change the wiper washer system but did not have the parts. They told they would call me when the parts come in. I never received a phone call about the parts coming in. I had to ask the person helping me about the parts. He had to look back to find the information. He then checked with the parts department they now had the parts but they had to order it. I had to bring my vehicle back for another appointment. It is now fixed. Poor communication never calling me about the back ordered parts. I had to follow up to make sure they took care of the matter after 6 months! More
