My experience with Mack was great! ! I was dreading the process as it had been 10 years and now as a single woman was not looking forward to the whole process. He definitely made it eas ! He definitely made it easy and seamless and I never felt pressured, he actually found me a better model than I had inquired about that I saw online, and once he took me to see it and test drive it, we both knew it was the perfect car for me.
