I did not feel pressured and was allowed time to consider my purchase options carefully. "JD", the manager, was also patient, informative and helpful. Jonathan Lord in Financing did a great job getting all of the paperwork taken care of as well. Overall, this was the best car buying experience of my life so far. This is saying a lot, because I hate the car buying process in general. More

I am one of those that does A LOT of research before going there and I know what I want and am VERY stubborn and will not let them talk me into something I do not want. On all three occurances, I don't think my "deals" have been shorter than 3-4 hrs, but that was because of me!!! They are all great! Steve also knows his customers well and if there is a vehicle he knows they may be interested in, he calls... Which was my case. I got the one and only new 2013 Rav 4 they had on that lot because of his call! More
5000 mile free checkup. Tire rotation was the only physical work to be performed. I had one complaint - rattling at the rear of our PriusV that was terrible. As I left the dealership it was obvious that the problem was not addressed, much less repaired. I had some business to take care of so I did so and then returned to the dealership. I tried to talk to Thomas but he was too busy with a couple of ladies so a different person tried to help. The Tech that had worked on our car was not available so he assigned another Tech to help us. We drove about 75 to 100 feet and the new tech asked me to stop. He got out and made an adjusment on the rear license plate installation. He got back in and we drove off and the problem was eiminated. We were very happy with the resolution of the rattling problem even though it took two visits to resolve but it has left us with a serious doubt the first tech did any of the important inspection work that the 5000 mile checkup is supposed to accomplish. THERE IS NO REASON FOR US TO BELIEVE GOSCH'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN BE TRUSTED TO DO EVEN THE MOST SIMPLE WORK MUCH LESS ANYTHING THAT IS CRITICAL. More

Having just had tires and breaks checked the week before my Gosh visit, I was assured that tires and breaks were fine for another 10K. But Tom at Gosh called even before I got home to let me know that he fe my Gosh visit, I was assured that tires and breaks were fine for another 10K. But Tom at Gosh called even before I got home to let me know that he felt I needed break work, replacement parts and new tires as well as new wiper blades. I paid for my scheduled service and declined the tires and brakes. I took the car to another tire deeler and was again advised that I did not need breaks or tires and that my wiper blades were "fine". I don't know why two diffrent Tire Stores would tell me my tires and breaks were "good to go" for another 10K if Tom at Gosh could so clearly see I needed to replace them. I plan to go someplace else for my next service. More

I love using Gosch Toyota service.
