Tyler was great. Did a great job listening and answering all my questions, and even taught me some things about the car that I didn’t know. Wasn’t pushy at all. Even the negotiations weren’t that bad as (I forget, Ricky?) seemed pretty straightforward and got back to me quickly. However there was definitely a disconnect between the finance department and management. After coming back and talking with Tyler again, I found out that management and finance were telling him the wrong things. I was the one that had to be proactive to make sure messages were passed on correctly between management and finance and sales. The finance dept also seemed under-staffed and stretched thin. I had to make sure they filled out the forms correctly and submitted to my bank after they were initially filled out incorrectly, and after my bank had called back to try and fix the issue however no one from the dealership had answered. I had to make several calls between my bank and the finance department to ensure things got delivered correctly and in time. That all definitely eroded my trust in the dealership. I understand you’ve got a business to run and other customers to attend to, but if you’ve got a customer that wants to give you money and get business done then get stop dropping the ball. More
