Nader and Dale saved the day! Prior to getting the call from Gosch’s internet manager Nader, I have been going back and forth with several other Toyota dealerships in socal. Nader knows his customers and speak on their terms minus the BS. Our phone call was less than 10 minutes, wham bam! Since I commute with metrolink, he offered for one of his guys to pick me up from the station 30 mins away from the dealership. Dale took it from there and I was truly amazed on how much he knew, live and breath what he sells. Like Nader, Dale was also a no BS guy who helped me hours after closing hours to finish up paperwork. The whole experience was truly professional and I felt like I was at home being taken cared of rather being con’d at your typical dealership full of sharks. 5 stars down the line in every category for these gentlemen!
